A mock interview simulates a real job interview and is meant to give you practice, help you understand and prepare for the type of questions, you will get, and get you accustomed to the professional etiquette expected in these interviews.

Mock interviews are taken by senior industry professionals. You will be meet with an appropriate interviewer who has experience recruiting for their company.

The type of questions will vary based on the company, interviewer and domain but they are aimed at assessing three broad categories: Communication, Culture / Attitude, Background / Skills and any other doubts the interviewer may have.

Mock interviews would only be conducted over call. 

You need to be able to dial in and have a quiet place to talk with good reception.

Usually mock interviews with the industry expert would last from 20 to 30 minutes.

Post your welcome call, you would be intimated via mail about the interview details. You can also call our support number to check the interviewer details.

Feedback Report is a summary of your performance, suggested resources based on your areas of improvement and a guide to help you prepare for your next interview.

In coaching call, our HR expert will analyse the feedback from the interviewer and coach you on what you can do better next time by applying research in human resources and behavioural psychology.

Once the interview happens, the coaching call will be scheduled within 3 business days.

The interviewer is selected based on profile parameters you have on CEEVI profile including experience, role, company, and industry.
