Emigrant registration is the process through which an Emigrant will submit his/her information on eMigrate system.

For Emigrants having ECR passports and going to notified (ECR) countries, they will be given electronic emigration clearance by the Protector of Emigrants (PoE) through the eMigrate system.

For Emigrants having ECNR passports, the registration is auto approved.

The respective RA / PE / Employer, as the case may be, will do the Emigrant Registration on your behalf.

You have to apply for Emigrant registration through the eMigrate system Public Website.

If the Employer is registered on eMigrate system, following details will be shared by the Employer with you:

• Job ID
• Job Code
• Employment contract signed by Employer
  
  

In such a case you have the fill the online form and upload the required documents in Emigrant -> Apply for Registration for ECR Countries -> Employer Registered on eMigrate system. If the Employer is not registered on eMigrate system, following details will be shared by the Employer with you:

• Demand Letter attested by Indian Mission
• Employment contract signed by Employer

In such a case you have the fill the online form and upload the required documents in Emigrant -> Apply for Registration for ECR Countries -> Employer Not Registered on eMigrate system.

Yes, you can know details about an employer. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Open the eMigrate system external portal- http://www.eMigrate.gov.in in a web browser.
• Go to Find Employer or Search -> Find Employer / PE.
• Enter the employer name/employer id/PE id and submit.

The details of the employer will be displayed on the screen.

Yes, you can know details about a recruiting agent. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Open the eMigrate system Public Website- http://www.eMigrate.gov.in in a web browser.
• Go to Find Recruiting Agent or Search -> Find RA.
• Enter the agent name / agent id and submit.

The details of the recruiting agent will be displayed on the screen.

Please call PBSK helpline number given on the home page of emigrate.gov.in. The PBSK official will record your grievance and will tell you the application reference no. for future tracking.

If you want to submit grievance details directly on the website, please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Open the eMigrate system Public Website- http://www.eMigrate.gov.in in a web browser.
• Go to Emigrant -> Submit Grievance.
• Fill the online form and submit

The grievance will be registered by the system and will be forwarded to the concerned person.

You can track the status of grievance resolution by the application reference number generated after the grievance has been successfully submitted in the system. You can also track the status of grievance by calling OWRC helpline.
