At CeeVi, all services listed on our website are subject to an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). This tax is applicable to every service offered, ensuring compliance with national tax regulations.
B2C Invoices: For individual users and customers who do not have a GST number, a GST invoice will be issued under the Business to Customer (B2C) category. These invoices will be provided when orders are completed using any of the payment methods specified in our payment policy, which may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other accepted online payment options. Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments.
B2B Invoices: For businesses that require Business to Business (B2B) invoices, we offer this option upon request. If a customer has a valid GST number and is eligible to claim GST credit, they can request a B2B invoice. To do so, the customer must send their GST information to our customer care email address. Once verified, we will issue a B2B invoice that includes the necessary GST details for tax credit purposes.
